Now, after traveling to over 25 countries, I can honestly say—Mestizo is still my top restaurant in the world. The atmosphere next to Parque Bicentenario is stunning, the service is amazing, and the food is unforgettable. The prices are also very fair for the quality and experience you get. You have to try the mascarpone risotto—it’s absolutely incredible. This place is something truly special, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago. ”
“ Fantastic food and a great atmosphere! We were served by Valery, who was patient, polite, and friendly. Her knowledge of drinks and food added to our experience. We ordered truffle beef, grilled octopus bites, duck confit, ceviche, some drinks and dessert, everything was perfect.We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely be back if we ever travel to Santiago. ”
“ Really enjoyed the experience. We were the only non-Chileans in the restaurant, which is a mark of quality in itself. Fried artichoke salad was light, crunchy, a great start. The grilled octopus was better than I anticipated. It was soft and crunchy. The peppers really helped liven up the flavor. The tre leches was thick and sticky and wonderful. The pineapple sauce that came with it was incredible on its own, but didn’t make a lot of sense with the tres leches. In any case, very good. We would absolutely go back. ”
